As I write this in early 2025, we're witnessing the greatest divergence in product development capability I've seen in my career. Some teams are still stuck in the wasteland, churning out buggy features and fighting fires. Others have emerged as unbelievably efficient product creation machines.
The difference isn't the technology they use—it's how they use it.
